Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose Pastor Ken’s coaching sessions are designed to provide spiritual insight, practical guidance, and strategic leadership development for pastors, entrepreneurs, and visionaries seeking to grow in purpose and clarity. These sessions are not a substitute for therapy or counseling but serve as faith-based mentorship rooted in biblical principles and leadership experience. 2. Booking & Confirmation All coaching calls must be requested through the official booking form at www.iampastorken.com . Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm availability and send payment instructions. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. 3. Payment Policy Coaching fees are due in full at the time of confirmation to secure your session. Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation email. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt to maintain your reserved time. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. To respect everyone’s time, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost if proper notice is given. No-shows are non-refundable. 5. Session Conduct Please join your virtual session on time and in a quiet environment conducive to focus and reflection. Out of respect for Pastor Ken’s schedule and other clients, sessions will end at the scheduled time even if started late. Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior written consent. 6. Confidentiality All discussions during coaching sessions are held in strict confidence. No personal or organizational information shared will be disclosed outside of Pastor Ken’s coaching administration team, except as required by law. 7. Disclaimer Pastor Ken Benton’s coaching services are intended to support leadership growth, spiritual clarity, and personal development. They do not constitute professional counseling, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary. 8. Acknowledgment By scheduling a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Coaching Call Policy.
